In the year 2000, the Penilians tried to take over Earth. They were stopped by a small boy named Pico. Pico controlled the Ghettobots, and ruled the world. The year is now 2100. Pico is dead. The Penilians have decided to mount a second attack. But this time, they aren't going to rule the planet Earth. They are going to humiliate and destroy it.
